Since we update your site daily using the data from the Carolina MLS there is nothing for you to do in order to update your website. So we will just show you the sequence of events that someone will go through to see available properties via your website. Everything is completely customizable to fit your needs.

First, since there will be an estimated 20,000+ properties available to them from your website, we need to narrow the search by selecting the area of interest.

Secondly, they will be taken to a page where they can narrow the search down further if they so choose. They can enter such requirments as type of property, price range, number of bedrooms, ect.

After these two easy steps, any of your listings matching the search parameters will be shown first and then followed by other participating broker's listings.
(This may be of great importance to you if you are comparing vendors. Most programing we have seen show listings randomly.)
